A noble metal, practically without weakness, titanium is ideal for the design and fabrication of high end bicycle frames and components. This is at the heart of Sommet du Velo’s mandate.

SDV Ti frames are not flashy, but beautifully simple. Their beautiful, simple, pure, classic lines are worthy of titanium. Stock SDV Ti frames are created using straight gauged 3/2.5 titanium, which is incredibly hard and resistant, does not rust and boasts an incredible capacity to absorb and filter the vibrations common to the less than perfect riding conditions of the North american environment. Solid in every way, a simple fall will not risk damage to the frame; all this without compromising performance, lightness, budget and above all the pleasure and quality of the ride.

Constructed following ISO guidelines for quality and inspected by an independent external company specialized in aeronautics, their frames are guaranteed for life. SDV Ti frames are available in seven stock sizes. However, custom sizes are available on special order. For those who wish to further reduce the weight of their frame, custom builds are also available using butted tubing.

SDV Ti titanium frames are designed to offer optimal power transfer on climbs and while accelerating. They inspire riders to go further and longer, surpassing their limits while experiencing a comfortable ride without par.
